I have had this problem since January, and this is still not fixed. I had to log in and set up as a new bee just to get to this point. I am on level 2301 and do not want to lose how far I’ve come. I can’t believe this is still not fixed,,
Well that's not encouraging - Sorry you've been stuck with this for that long!! I'm not that committed... I'll delete the game and find something else to entertain me before I start from scratch. I'm on level 2341...😕
I am running into the same issue. If King can’t fix their problems then I guess it’s time to move on to another app. There are plenty of other apps looking for my attention.
I have been getting this error for over a week now.
I'm on level 6275, so imagine how peeved I am right at this point. So frustrated. This is obviously an issue at their end but no one feels the need to update us all, or even contact us to find out more details. Very disappointing.

you would think an update to the app could fix this issue. It seems like it has been around for months.
I have been able to connect on both mobile and tablet on a temporary basis on!y by uninstalling & re- installing. But each time I connect on mobile it knocks tablet out and vice versa!
I've been having this problem since about August. Its very frustrating and I'm loosing patience with it. The game isn't as enjoyable anymore. About time it was fixed
