Hi, I keep having problems when playing candy crush. It keeps saying unable to connect to App Store or cannot connect to server.
I can play offline but unable to collect boosters

Cain't connect to app store on my fire tablet.
I found that this issue seems to be related to your country/location/zone/IP Address. Whatever they use to determine where you are.
I was experiencing the issue in my country; the application just would not connect to the store at the end of a game; all I got was the endless circle.
I travelled to the US, FL specifically, and once I was there, everything worked fine. I was able to play for the entire week I was there and collected boosters at the end of each game.
Once I returned to my country, I started to experience the "Connecting to App Store... endless circle" again.

Hi and welcome dear to our wonderful king community.
In my opinion your game has been corrupted and if no troubleshooting is working so you have to go for the Reinstallation process ( sacrificing boosters and lives). I hope some other solution might work for you as i am not a big fan for reinstallation but sometimes to go forward we have to take one step back.

Such a problem has been found in the game and the problem is under investigation. The studio is trying to fix this problem but we have no information at this time as to when the problem will be fixed.😔

Log out game - Reset App Store - Restart your device - Check app update - Open game - Log in.

Ohh, since all other games are fine and only Candy Crush not working? Have you tried disconnect the game from WiFi, wait for few seconds and connect back? If not, please try and see whether it helps.
You can repeat the steps after few hours if the first time didn't help. Otherwise, take a break and try the same steps again tomorrow. Meanwhile, please continue with your other unaffected games 😍
Thanks guys for your help I have tried logging off closing and restarting but still unable to connect. All other games are fine. This has happened a few times saying sever error

If you are registered with Google Play, please refer to the steps below

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

where are my friends that played candy crush with me. All the friends are characters and I had real friends playing the game as well.
