Ohh, since all other games are fine and only Candy Crush not working? Have you tried disconnect the game from WiFi, wait for few seconds and connect back? If not, please try and see whether it helps.
You can repeat the steps after few hours if the first time didn't help. Otherwise, take a break and try the same steps again tomorrow. Meanwhile, please continue with your other unaffected games ๐

Such a problem has been found in the game and the problem is under investigation. The studio is trying to fix this problem but we have no information at this time as to when the problem will be fixed.๐

Hi and welcome dear to our wonderful king community.
In my opinion your game has been corrupted and if no troubleshooting is working so you have to go for the Reinstallation process ( sacrificing boosters and lives). I hope some other solution might work for you as i am not a big fan for reinstallation but sometimes to go forward we have to take one step back.
