Why can’t I sync my game with my other device

Today while I was playing the game froze. So I deleted the game & tried to reload & sync it with another one of my devices using Facebook. It would not sync and now it wants me to start at level one and I was at level 2991. Don’t know if you can help. It’s still on the correct level on my iPhone but not on my iPad.

Hi and welcome to the community.
Just play a level and complete it as sometimes it is required to complete a level to perfectly sync the game when reinstallation is done. You may check details here.
For sync process to new device.
If you have a Facebook account simply follow these steps:
- Open the game on your old device.
- Click on the blue Facebook Connect button.
- Make sure that you have Facebook active on your device and that you're linking to the right profile (worth bearing in mind, if you share your device with another Facebook user)
- Now open the game on your new device.
- Click on the blue Facebook Connect button, enter your Facebook email and password and off you go!

I find some inconsistencies in your statement and that is why your problem is not clear to me.😉However, you must be sure that the game is properly connected to same Facebook on your iPad, or let us know your game ID here so our CM can find out your real problem by checking your game ID.
