Hello. My grandmother reached level 1363 on her device and for the past week or two she hasnāt been able to start from her ending level. Iām not sure what level itās starting her from but itās somewhere in the 300s. Sheās been playing every morning during her dialysis treatments for years and now sheās just not been herself since she doesnāt have her game to rely on. Could I receive help on getting her levels back? Please and thank you.
