Hello. My grandmother reached level 1363 on her device and for the past week or two she hasnât been able to start from her ending level. Iâm not sure what level itâs starting her from but itâs somewhere in the 300s. Sheâs been playing every morning during her dialysis treatments for years and now sheâs just not been herself since she doesnât have her game to rely on. Could I receive help on getting her levels back? Please and thank you.

Thanks for the tag @Nix66 Iâm sorry @djskrap601 to hear your grandmother is having this problem. Player Support can definitely help but it could take a day or two. I will tag @Crazy Cat Lad and ask him to restore your Grandmotherâs levels.

Please tell us that she was using facebook or king account to save her game progress if yes then please check the below link for some helpful tips.
But if she is not saving her game progress by either of the above then please provide us her game id and we will try to request our CM to restore her game manually.

If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

If you are not able to restore the game back to level 1363 from any Facebook or King account, please let me know the Game ID in the game and I will manually restore it.
