My account is not in the level i left it
Hello, my account is linked with my facebook and some days ago I left the game over lvl 3000, now it appears like if I was in lvl 2832. I've tried unninstaling the app, login and lock out from my facebook account and nothing is working. Also, when I see my profile information, it seems like if I was from Spain but I am actually from Colombia.
Somebody please help me

According to your statement, your game did not sync with the server after level 2832, which means there was a connection problem with your game. Since your game was synced up to level 2832, your game progress up to that level is saved.
In this case you can get back your lost levels but to do this we need to reset your game progress and all your previous high scores and 3-star achievements will be lost. All levels will have an average score and 2 stars.
If you want to do this, tell us your Game ID and tell us what level you've reached before. As soon as we receive the information from you, we will deliver the information to our team.
