Were you playing the game through your old Facebook account? If so, you cannot sync your progress from an old Facebook account to a new one. So you may need to Contact Player Support to get their assistance so you can use the new Facebook account.
if you prefer to use Facebook then start the game all over again on that account and email Player Support to manually restore the levels on that account. Check more info here with how to restore a game on a new account,
