Hi. Ive just purchased the beginner bundle pack and only received the gild. I've noticed i am not the only one with this issue

You click on "Contact Us" then you make sure ask a problem and don't forget to send Game ID (How to find your Game User ID on Facebook check here. On mobile, check this page instead) that I hope they will help you to give missing purchase items back on your game but it's taken longer. 😉
