🎬️ Video ads disappearing or not available

I’m in level 2000+ and I decided to save my progress as I was playing without my account linked.
Once I logged in I lost my gold bars and I also lost my ads and I can’t play without my account and have the ads again.
How can this be possible?! Is there any way I can get the ads back? Otherwise I may quit playing and delete the app, as I get bored in the levels.
I tried to log in my ipad as well, and I lost levels as I’m in level 952 😔
please help me out! 🙏🏽

I want video adds for moves and lives before I watch but now I could not watch please give me i want to see all adds so

Why can't I watch video ad's for lives and boasters? Some other persons can but I can't.

Welcome, newcomer; but it seems like you're no longer part of an experimental test group (of guinea pigs) with the feature, see here.
Some will get adverts & others won't, different people get different features; so you just have to deal with the experiment for as long as it lasts, but (try to) have fun.
And do not delete the game in an attempt to restore the feature, as any accumulated boosters/received game lives would also be deleted (if playing via mobile devices); see this.
You're basically at the mercy of those tasked with maintaining the game on whether or not you get that feature restored to you.
But once you make a purchase within the game, don't count on it; here's an example from another unfortunate player.

I haven't had this feature in many years, many say it is once you make a purchase that it is gone forever... Features in general are a bit random, unfortunately.

Hi Kellzy your post already sums up why you can't watch adverts for lives/boosters.
King do not allow every player of the game to have every feature simultaneously. The features are released to a limited number of people and then either they get to keep that feature, or it is removed and given to other players at a later date.
This means that not having a feature now doesn't mean you will never get it, but there is no way of knowing when/if you will get a certain feature.
