I love playing sudoku I use to hate until I got to where I could understand and be able to do it then I got addicted I buy the little puzzle books from walmart and sit and do the puzzles lol😂

My answer is
Letter A. There are 4 items of each.Your board shows skates 1st horizontal line 1st position, 2nd line in 3rd position, 3rd line in 2nd position so in 4th line they are in 4th position. Same method applies on the other items. Hope my explanation in english is understandable
