Hi @busygirl 👋 How are you? Are you still stuck on level 2723? Actually all level is passable in Candy Crush Saga. You can check this video that past this level without using any booster (new version):

It saying the strategy on level 2723:
"First you need to break through the blockers and get candies in the bottom part of the board. Once you have done this try to watch the candies on the conveyor and by doing this you can get the colours you need into the bottom part of the board to make specials and combos. It isn't always the best thing to make matches in the bottom as the way the candies fall doesn't make cascades very often. Much better to look carefully at ways to make specials and combos anywhere on the board. There are not many moves to spare so look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't waste any."
