A big Thank You to the support folks at King.com for investigating and fixing this issue. As of yesterday afternoon, I am once again able to move on with my game!!

Hi, I'm glad to hear the issue has been fixed. However, contrary to your message, Player Support is saying that they cannot manually place us back on the level we should be on. 😓 Can you help with this? Those were ten hard levels I'm missing!
