I progressed 4 levels yesterday playi g on my laptop, and when I went back to play again later they weren't saved on any device. Yet the map shows I passed 4 levels, but it doesn't start me there. I would appreciate some help. I've tried logging out and in again, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. Very frustrating!!
Have you noticed all of these complaints saying the same thing?
Instead of directing people to a non-related article can you please acknowledge this issue.
At least six people (probably more) are complaining about the same thing. They have completed levels correctly, but the game has then forgotten this the next time they play. The number of people affected plainly indicates an issue at King's side of things.
I have been stuck on my current level for 2 days, have completed this level many times but I cannot progress in the game.
This is very frustrating, and I know I am not the only player that is experiencing this problem right now. The link you are sending to each comment relating to this problem is dated 16th February 2022, and the troubleshooting tips are quite patronising, treating us like babies instead of seasoned adult players.
I have now wasted 2 Fantastic 5 team rewards, which we played hard to earn, and am unable to complete the Gold Chocolate Box by passing new levels.
It would be nice if we could all have a positive reaction from you, and your assurance that this problem will be fixed very soon.
What the heck is going on. First I post that I progressed several levels yesterday, which it shows on the map, but doesn't let me start where I left off, it went backwards, obviously didn't save my progress. Also, I posted earlier about this today, and now my post it gone? What the heck! And Candy Crush/King, please don't give me all the things to try, I already did. It's obviously on your end since others are having the same issue. Enough with the generic answers all the time.
