I play on an iPad, on level 9100. Recently logged on and all of my inventory was gone! Also listed me as a newbie, but still showed on game 9100. Earned some inventory, next day that was deleted. How can I get back my inventory? Thank you đ

1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game!Â
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.Â
Itâs best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.Â
They do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to their Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help. đ
I have candy crush on Android and also on my Ipad. I needed to reinstall on my Ipad and lost all items in my inventory as well as lives friends have sent,which was about 180 lives. On Ipad I used King account to sign on and for my android it is Facebook. My inventory consisted of 5xcolour bombs, 2xhammers, 4xstripes, 3xcoconut wheel, 2xfree switch, 4xjelly fish, 4xlucky candy, 1X UFO, 1xstriped brush and 1xparty booster. Please can you help me get these back. Thank you

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingâŚ
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
