Episode race is disappear already 3 days.
i'm level 12396, after i finish episode, i dont get any gold, please help.Thank you.

Yeah....I agree with you that passing levels has become very difficult and now they are making even more so by removing FAV5 (and Episode Race for some of us)....I also hope that whatever they come up with rewards us with even more boosters than FAV5 🤞
@La Ley My F5 is gone and episode race I think still there as I haven't finish the level of starting point yet. There is still have that icon on my left hand side of the map. I'm playing the mobile phone version.

Hello La Ley the issue of the Episode Race disappearing has happened to quite a few people. We have been told that the Race isn't being removed and the issue is under investigation.
To be honest I am a bit worried as this is precisely what we were told when people lost their Fantastic Five back in March.

My episode race disppeared just after I won it! Sadly the 40GB I won also didn't appear!
The race has now returned (it took a few days), but sadly not the GB
I still have the episode race but it's no help to me if I can't clear the levels! And then they took away our team F5 where I was able to work with a team to collect boosters. I sure hope that they introduce something new to replace F5 with the same, if not more, free boosters.

@La Ley, the F5 have been removed from the game. There was an announcement here in the community. HERE.
I haven't had the episodic race for over a year. I play on Win11 and am at the end of the map before there are new levels. I don't know if it has now been removed in principle. That's what a candy Mod can tell you. I haven't read anything about it yet.
F5 has gone. Another way of earning boosters eliminated. I have not had the Episode Race for ages, but I think it might be still around.
The graphics of my game were all messed up, so I completely exited the game, then reopened it and all was well. I play the Win10 version.
Maybe you having issues with your game, mine is still there.
We are currently looking into what could have happened with the Episode Race for some players.

My episode race disappeared also can’t sign into my account redid a whole new account but not connected to it. I downloaded a new saga crush game with no problem. I’m almost on level 4000 on both of them and I’m getting worried.!

My episode race also disappeared again.
4 days ago, when I completed level 12651, I was asked to complete the next level to start the race. When that was completed, it asked for the next level to be competed to start the race.
yup, mine just disappeared after I finished the race, bloody sucks cause I finished first
I failed to und repetitively why only problem with king is with helpful things why don’t ever they have anu issue with ways of making money ? Anyways the game is reduced to dissatisfaction but still everyday nagging is just painful . It’s simply not just about the race , I don’t und what’s the use of weekly contests which are beyond ridiculous I am on 12636 level and don’t have a 12000 badge . Now somebody with 6000 badge is competing me in weekly race ,, where I have option of only 45 levels max in a week they can play as many as they want so why and how this is a fair race ?? And end of week if you stood 2 or 3rd what you get as a reward just one color bomb . Like seriously ?? You are doing things just to irritate your players ..
and time to time activities you see the top scorer’s are having 10000+ score as they are playing new levels and score is getting multiplied by 10 whereas for player like me we can max play new level 45 and can never reach such high scores so why you make such shitty contest why ????????? Why no one at development end using reasoning before launching anything for god sake ? That’s me on 4th place .. now how to win this race when I can’t have more than 45 levels per week

Happy to report that the newly redesigned Episode Race is back for me and my Winning Streak remains intact! Thank you for sorting it out. Hopefully it stays this way <3
It's back. And no winning streak lost, thank goodness. THANK YOU for sorting it. Pity I'm now so low on gold bars. Ho hum.
It tells me to complete level 12516 to start a race. When I completed level 12574, the Episode Race is suddenly replaced by Candy Sales.
The exact same thing happened to me too. Candy crush took away race and teams and gave us the green contest that only people who play all day to get green candies qualify for. They just want us to spend more money to get get stuff. I wish there was more you could do on your own to get boosters instead of everything being a contest.
I am still without the episode race. It seems like those of us who were on winning streaks, (mine was 47 episodes), have been put in King's penalty box!

King just don't care! I believe they do this on purpose and are laughing at us players thinking that the game has a 'glitch'.
This is the problem with almost all the players . For me the candy royale don’t work , winning streak don’t work . Episode race gone as well

For couple of weeks i have no episode race..it s a pitty.no rush to pass the levels but also not a chance to win golden bars anymore...
Candy crush discriminate some of the players..some of them still have it,also the chocolate box wich i do not have it and also candy royale doesn t work anymore to me.
Now i am stuck on level 12559 because i have 20 moves and on internet the other players have 35 moves.
I am tired to complain always about the bog issues that candy crush has it
Do something because are more and more people who doesn t play the game anymore.i also begin to play another game becaise candy crush is not so fun anymore.

i was playing episode race from past one month. One day i deleted my app and installed again and it stopped showing from that day 🥲

Did we lose the Episode Race as well as FAV5? I have started two new episodes today but the race icon has not come up, nor has it been showing me my progress and I definitely did not receive any gold bars when I finished the episode 😡

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
