The milestone banner just got updated a couple of days ago. Normaly all the old ones disappeared. To get a new one, go to your previous milestone (in your story 7000) and replay and win that level. Then the banner should chance to 7000. I tried it, and it worked perfectly.
So replay and please reply if that worked for you.

BOOSTERS are NICE. They help you GET OUT of TIGHT SITUATIONS but sometimes when you are OUT OF MOVES, they won't do you any good. How about making 15 EXTRA-MOVES permanent in the DAILY BOOSTER WHEEL?
