Candy Royal pop up getting stuck and unresponsive! (Edit by CM: This is now Fixed)!

hi,
in the last couple of days, when i fail an episode (often!) and the candy royale you have failed page comes up, the go to cart button does not work at all. and i have to go out and back in. not a major problem, but thought you would want to know! reading other comments, it appears others are having similar problems.

I just got a confirmation that they are working on improvements so hopefully the issue on Facebook will get taken care of soon as well π

The issue with the Candy Royal pop up that gets stuck has been solved! Please restart your game if you currently have it open ποΈ

In the meantime, it has been suggested to try clearing the cache of your browser and or try a different one to see if the same thing happens.

just fyi, i tried it on my mobile, failed the episode (surprise surprise!) and the go to cart button worked perfectly,

anyone having problems with 'go to map' button not functioning? (On Candy Royale, Better Luck Next Time" I've cleared data/refreshed, nothing. Everything else is working fine

After today's game update, the "Go to map" button is no longer working when I get bounced out of Candy Royale. In order to go back to play, I need to close the app. Normally not an issue, but I've noticed that you can lose timed boosters (like infinity lives) if you close the game. Is this a known issue? When can we expect a fix?

After failing a level and trying to click on "Go to map" but nothing happens. Have to exit out of game and come back in. Where is there a search button in support help to try to find similar problem and solution.
