Haven't been able to connect to Candy crush for days. Other games are working fine. Using Facebook on laptop

I have exactly the same problem , not my laptop as I have 2 accounts and the other one is fine
I have the same problem since last night , it's not my Chromebook because I have 2 accounts and CC is playing fine on the other one . I just get the page is unresponsive too .
Same I spend a lot of money n play all the time lost my boosters lives gold I paid for cuz cc says please re load and nothing is fixing my game

The browser you are currently using might need to be updated or perhaps clearing the cache might help. I want to assume that you might be using Chrome so I'm sending you a link HERE for you to try out clearing the cache and see if that helps.

Yes, I play on my laptop. No error message other than page not loading. I have tried refreshing but that doesn't help. I get a message to wait or leave page. I wait a couple times then leave.I play one other King game and it loads fine. I don't like it as well so I don't play it as often.

Just to confirm, you play Candy Crush through your laptop correct? If yes, is the game not loading for you so you can play?
Do you happen to get any error message or does it take ages to load?
I guess I'll have to be done with Candy Crush then. I am not tech savvy enough to do this. All the other King games are working but I don't really like any. Too bad. I love CC and have been playing for many years. I don't want to make a mistake and have to start over. It took me way too long to get to the level I'm on.
How about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope nothing this happens. 😊
I think uninstall and then reinstall steps then must allow the confirmation message to show for the software to register it is the best solve problem that I hope nothing this happens too.
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars and level progress are saved/transfered but all of the boosters and inventory lives are lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with your Facebook or Kingdom Account connected.
