Same exact thing happened to me yesterday. It just reset, and asked for $27.99. I paid $19.99 for it, and I think I made it to tier 29? I contacted support and they say they’re working on it. But if I don’t get my progress back or a refund, I’m not playing the game anymore, I can’t trust spending my money if they’re going to take my purchases back.

Hello and sorry to hear this might not be fixed yet 😕
Perhaps the look of the Season Pass is the new one but, did the progress you had made that got reset before return? Can you continue playing and use the Pass you had payed for before?
Any chance we can see a screenshot of the current Pass so we can double check?
