If it's still not worked after you try these steps above here, please report this problem to their Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), then waiting for their team will contact and help you to restore your progress soon. 😉
Hello @Atigram apps generally aren't deleted when you restart your device so I am a bit confused by your post to be honest.
Were you saving your game? If you were then just reopen the game and sign back into the game and your game will be restored.
If you weren't saving your game and you restarted your device for an update then there is a chance you have deleted the memory of your game from your device. If this is the case then you will have to contact Player Support to get your game reinstated.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
