Help! I need help! My 9377 level progress and all my gold bars and candy props are gone!

I re-registered a new account with the old device I once used. As a result, the level of the account I am using now has a level of 9377, and the gold bars and all the props have become 0! Become a brand-new account! I'm about to collapse. My life is going to die.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

If you want to start again from the correct level, you must first connect the game through a Kingdom or Facebook account. Since boosters are stored locally on the device, they can be damaged for a variety of reasons.

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!

It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.

Or you can Email Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.

I am very sad because I did not have any inappropriate actions, I did not receive any reminders, but it cost me the game that I have been working hard on for 12 years.

1. I registered a new account with a complete login on my old device

2. After using the new ID on my old device for game teaching, all my props are 0 and the gold bar is 0.

3.At this point, the game on my commonly used device suddenly becomes empty after a game, and the gold bar becomes 0

4. These two devices are completely unrelated, and there are no inappropriate operations on mine. Why would the new ID registered after logging out completely affect the role I am currently using and have so much data?

So, suddenly, all my accumulated props and gold bars were cleared. Can you imagine how painful it was to play a game character for over a decade and instantly become a new character with nothing? Can someone help me...

This is a devastating blow for me, I don't know what I did wrong. This is not a very low-level character, but a game that I have worked on for over a decade.

Why can a new account with level 0 affect my other role on two unrelated devices? I haven't received any prompts. If heaven wants to punish me, why not just kill me and suddenly make me lose a very important part of my life in such a way?

Thanks! Okay so your accounts have been merged and the good news is that your game progress has been backed up so you should be able to get back to your game progress.

However as for your Gold Bars, you need to get intouch with Player Support Team so they can help move these to your new account.

Keep in mind that boosters do no get synced between devices so you will have to play the game on the device you have the boosters stored so they don't go to waste.

Here is how you get intouch with Player Support Team from the game app. You won't be able to attach images on your first contact with Support but once you receive a reply from them, include the screenshots you have included here.

Hope you get back on track in no time 😉

Oh, my God, the ID of different mailbox logins is actually the same! My 9377 level is still there, but my props and gold bars have been cleared.

You can see that the person with ID:FG in my friend list is me!

Can you let me know what is your User ID?

Open the game and tap the 'My Profile' on the Start Menu:

You can also tap the Settings in the right upper corner on the game map...

...and select the 'My Profile' button here.

On your game profile page, double tap the King logo above...

...and voilà, the logo should disappear to reveal your Game User ID:

Did you mean to create a new game account? I'm afraid if you connect the game to a new account without deleting the previous game data on the device, the accounts gets synced and the highest score is what should show up.

The screenshots you shared, are these from the game connected to the account with the email address ending on @live.cn?

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.

Not able to watch Ad
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
