I re-registered a new account with the old device I once used. As a result, the level of the account I am using now has a level of 9377, and the gold bars and all the props have become 0! Become a brand-new account! I'm about to collapse. My life is going to die.

Did you mean to create a new game account? I'm afraid if you connect the game to a new account without deleting the previous game data on the device, the accounts gets synced and the highest score is what should show up.
The screenshots you shared, are these from the game connected to the account with the email address ending on @live.cn?
I have deleted the game of the old device and clearly cached it. Now I have also deleted the game and reinstalled the device I use. I log in with the email address ending with live.cn. There is no change. Everything is 0, and I can also see my real me in the friend list, level 9377, and the nickname is FG.
Now it looks like my new account and old account have been merged together, but the progress has become a new account.

Open the game and tap the 'My Profile' on the Start Menu:
You can also tap the Settings in the right upper corner on the game map...
...and select the 'My Profile' button here.
On your game profile page, double tap the King logo above...
...and voilà, the logo should disappear to reveal your Game User ID:

Thanks! Okay so your accounts have been merged and the good news is that your game progress has been backed up so you should be able to get back to your game progress.
However as for your Gold Bars, you need to get intouch with Player Support Team so they can help move these to your new account.
Keep in mind that boosters do no get synced between devices so you will have to play the game on the device you have the boosters stored so they don't go to waste.
Here is how you get intouch with Player Support Team from the game app. You won't be able to attach images on your first contact with Support but once you receive a reply from them, include the screenshots you have included here.
