Hey everyone!
We're aware of the issue causing freezing in the game. Our team is on it, investigating the problem. No need to reinstall the game! If your game freezes, just close it, wait a few minutes and open it again.
If you play on PC, you can try a different browser or clearing cache of your current one.
That should do the trick for now while we work on a fix.
We will keep you updated as soon as we know more an apologies for the inconvenience caused 😔

Thanks a lot for the screenshot! Now, I know that it is "Hungry Hatchling" rewards that you were having issue with!
The game Studio is aware of this issue and they are trying to fix it. Please see HERE.
As of now, all you can do is close the game and restart it again to get rid of the freezing! I would suggest you not to attempt to collect those rewards until the issue is fixed.

I understand that you are experiencing issue with collecting rewards!
But, I am sorry to say that I did not understand "which" gifts those are!!
Can you please explain a bit more? And if possible, can you post a screenshot of the event/rewards?

Hopefully a proper moderator will answer this post on Monday. Sorry @leckhaus I can't help you either, I don't play on computer but on mobile. Usually when I can't click on a claim button it's because another pop-up is hiding behind it, which would need to be clicked on first, but on your screenshot if there is another pop-up then it's not visible at all.

Well... I've tried closing the game many times and restarting. until this morning, I was able to move to a new level by closing and re-opening, but no more. I haven't seen any pop-up in all the times I re-opened, so I don't think that's the issue. Also, I downloaded the app to my android and was able to complete 1 level, and the same thing happened. I think I'm ready to give up.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game!
"Hungry Hatchling" is a very new feature which only few players have received. Since it is still in testing, I am thinking there are glitches that need to be fixed!!
I don't think that the issue is on your side as you have already followed all troubleshooting steps. But, I will have to report about it to our Candy Community In-charge after they come back to work tomorrow.
Can you please tell me which device you are using and the version you have right now?

I have the same problem of unable to claim the 2 hungry hatchlings rewards and it also freezes the screen. I’m playing on my ipad latest version. Switching it off and on don’t work. Delete and reinstalling the game will take you back to the last level but the same frozen screen problem will repeat when the hungry hatchling rewards page appears again and pressing Claim don’t do anything 😡Please just make the hungry hatchlings go away and I don’t even want their reward!
