There are a lot of issues with the game, especially the events disappearing and connection problems. However I wish to point out @bigfish that many players who pass 200 or more levels per week do not spend money to do so, nor do they all have ads to watch in their game. I know this because I am one of those players and I don't have ads or spend money. I struggle to understand everything you wrote though, because I struggle to read text without any punctuation.
I have seen no signs at all of these double colour bombs that people are mentioning in my game.
I have been trying to claim a super candy bomb. It says that I am not hooked to the internet. I clearly am, it allows me to do everything else!!!
Nothing works loads of things keep going missing on the events, l have chocolate box it is missing on mine again, even when it is there you go on it try to watch an ad to be told no ads or you play 2 or more & don’t win anything my ads have vanished please tell me someone what are they doing to candy crush saga for people that DO NOT PAY TO PLAY A GAME those that pay win everything like the weekly contest or what ever you call it with over 200 something good luck to them if that’s want to pay for it..
l had the super colour bomb on my iPad but not on my iPhone which l am really struggling to win anything l have nothing to help me win anything l had ads
on it but like they always say it’s an experiment or trial how can they take them off you when you already had them for well over a year l hope someone will let me know what is happening to Candy Crush Saga because what ever helps you they take it off you like your lives that now is waste of time

Why can't I get the new bomb? It keeps telling me I'm not on the internet. I am. I can buy things. It started out with 21 hours and now I'm down to 17 because it keeps telling me to try later.

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Looks like there is an issue with this Super Color Bomb, as I have seen couple more complaints about it!!
Are you seeing only the pop-up that says "no internet connection" or is the game freezing on you?
Can you please try these steps --> log out of the game -- close the App -- shutdown and restart your device after 5 minutes -- reopen the App and try to collect the reward again.
Please post back and let me know how it goes.
It says "No internet connection. Please try again later. I have tried all your suggestions. I believe the problem is with the Candy Crush game.
