You can get boosters by logging in to your game every day @jeska and collecting boosters from the Booster Wheel and Season Pass. Also there is the Chocolate Box that provides some boosters. The best thing to do is don't be in a rush to play the game. Just login every day to collect boosters from the Wheel and the Season Pass (if you have got it) and only play when you think you have collected enough.

The only way to get free lives is by requesting them from your 'friends'.
