Could you please let me know which device you are playing on, Apple, Android, the operating system your device is using and the game app version you have installed?

This event has appeared in my Candy Crush game again today and is still not working. I had the same issue as last time this event ran. Right now I have 7 spoons that I cannot use to smash the boxes to reveal the baked goods underneath.
I contacted King Customer Care on August 17, 2024 regarding the same issue I had with 77 Spoons and again with no response regarding this issue. I am operating on an Android Device.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. We've reported the problem with the spoons in the Baker’s Box event to the team, and they are looking into it 😉
We understand how frustrating this must be, especially after experiencing it before. Unfortunately, this is still under testing so you might still have this issue until the event ends but hopefully, you will have a better experience next time they run it 🤞
I have reached out to King Customer Care again to explain my issues with the Baker's Box. They assured me that the issues I was having were fixed with the last update. I replied and confirmed that my Android Tablet is set to automatic updates and the last update five days ago have not resolved this issue. Screenshot shot below has already been provided to Customer Care. The last time this event ran I collected 70+ spoons with the same issues. Particulars also provided to Customer Care with no response other than a feedback form for referring me to the Community.

I can confirm that the Player Support team has received a few more reports similar to yours, and they’ve flagged this to the team in charge. The team will need to continue working on this feature, and they apologize for the trouble it’s causing.
I know that this is frustrating, but we thank you for your patience while they work on resolving the issue.
