Still lost all my levels. Now put at number 3. Tell me how to get it back. Tried everything. Shall I attempt to sign on again through Facebook? I have tried email address and that did not work. Can’t get back to my profile. Thanks.

If you are not able to get your levels back, please post your Game ID and the level you were on and I'll see if I can manually restore it for you.
How to find your Game User ID on mobile devices and the Windows app check here and on Facebook like this.
If you saved the game via Facebook, you will need to sign in with Facebook again to get your game progress back.
However, if you want to log in through Kingdom, you have to select the following option.
Show me a screenshot of the problem if you encounter any other problems.
Ive tried everything and am not finding my account with the level I was at. I will try again in a few days to see if you were able to retrieve my level.
You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
No help. Facebook shows me number three. I usually use Facebook but tried my email as well and nothing. I think I need to delete then reinstall after you have changed my level for Facebook sign on. Thanks
Hello @Veraeileen and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. You mentioned you have tried your email address and then asked about FB. Do you normally play via a King.com account or thru FB. Or have you played the game switching between those two accounts? It's usually best to try and sign in the same way you normally play the game. But you can sync the two accounts (King.com and FB) if you have them both, that way if you have issues with one account (like FB) you can still play the game with your current level etc.
Hopefully the advice offered above will help you get your levels restored.

@Veraeileen Hi , yes try checking for a game up date and then restart your device and log back in. play a level and see if your levels are restored. if not let us know and will ask CM to see if he can check your account as you only lost s certain amount of levels
