I'm playing the game on my desktop and on a laptop when I'm away from my desk. Two days ago, I got this message for the first time on my laptop. Different browsers give me the same thing and Facebook gameroom as well. The windows app installed on my laptop doesn't. Even stranger, on my desktop, I don't get the error message and I'm able to play. I have researched the problem on the web and I have tried everything imagineable under the sun (even uninstalled and reinstalled web browsers) only to be back to square one. I find it illogical to say that it's a Facebook problem, when I'm able to play on another computer with no problem. Is there an actual solution to this problem?
@guancia Hi and welcome, Please check that your browser is up to date and on the latest version. Then clear the cache of your browser and restart your device. try to load page again and if this re appears try refreshing the page a few times as normally it will load after a couple of attempts
