Hello, I have tried resetting the game many times, then uninstalled a couple of time, looked for updates, restarted my laptop and still the game doesn't load. I am not going to reinstall the game until it's fixed. You have lost a long time user who has a lot more free time to do something a little more constructive.
@Liz-9 Hi and welcome, there have been a few people that have reported problems with loading on the windows 10 app today i have passed this on to the CM but you may want to contact customer support and see if they can help with this issue. Some have said its since windows updated
