This is a temporary issue of Facebook and I also found this issue in my game.

However you can wait a little bit and maybe this is not your game problem.

in the past 10 days I have not been able to send lives to friends. I recently asked this question of an expert on this web site andhave gotten several suggestions:

wait a few days and try again .... I waited 5 days
make sure candy crush is current on updates, remove the app, close the device (an iPad), restart the se ice and add the game.

i have done both of those things and the error message still appears when I try to send my friend a life.

any other suggestions.

Log in with facebook
Try to uninstall and reinstall your game-if you want

Sign in so you have a king account

Thank you. If I turn it off then back on will I lose the level I'm currently at? I don't want to start all over again at level 1.
