Levels no longer syncing between devices

Hi there, I am up to level 7977 on one device but my other will not sync progress and is back on level 7686. I have cleared cache and even uninstalled and reinstalled but same issue.

I was using Facebook account for signin but changed to my email address on a new profile and also same issue.

The app is up to latest version on both devices.

Please help! Thanks

Hi @Lnr02 The game is not syncing with the server from the device on which you are playing level 7977 that means your game was synced up to level 7686.

However, first you have to see if your game is connecting to the server and if your avatar is correct. If everything is right there, follow the steps below.

Please log out or disconnect Facebook from the game on both devices.

Then reinstall the Facebook app on the devices and log back in to your account.

Finally, reconnect the game to Facebook in both games.

Hey crazy cat lad, will it sync to the top level I have reached? Might hold off and use all my boosters over the next few days and will then try. Thanks for your help!
