I have lost access to my old Facebook account so I need to transfer my progress to my new Facebook account. How should I do it ?
I have my kingdom account connected and sync as well.

@bumble25 Hi and welcome, We can try to see if the CM can do this for you but you would need to put your game ID and level you were on. so they have the information. You will also need to be patient as they will only do this in there work hours if it is possible

It is not possible to transfer a game from one Facebook account to another.
I can move you to the same level in your new account, but level scores, boosts, or ratings cannot be transferred

And Sorry Its Not Possible To Change Your Progress To Another Account.
And Boosters Are Saved On Your Own Storage Its Not Saved Online Anywhere.

You can transfer to the same level in your new account, but it is not possible to transfer levels of grades, reinforcements, or classification. You will lose them, so you must use your reinforcements on your old account and then transfer

I can move you to the same level on your new account, but no level scores, Boosters or ranking can get transferred.
Please let me know the Game ID on your new Facebook account and the level you were on and I will manually restore the levels.
How to find your Game User ID on mobile devices and the Windows app check here and on Facebook like this.
Remember to have the game Facebook connected to your new account before checking the Game ID on mobile.

I want to transfer my level progress and obviously boosters i have earned to my new Facebook account on the same device as the old one (laptop.). I read the comment above but don't see a "blue Facebook connect" button anywhere on the screen. How do I find it? Also, as I not switching devices, only accounts on the same device, I fully expect King to transfer all of my boosters as well. That's only fair.

Boosters and extralives however, are always stored locally on the device you received them on, so they won'tmove across to your other phone or tablet. If you have a Facebook account simply followthese steps: 1. Open your game on your old device. 2. Click on the blue Facebook Connect button. 3. Make sure that the correct email and password details are entered. 4. Now open the game on your new device. 5. Click on the blue Facebook Connect button, enter your Facebook email and password andoff you go! If you don't use Facebook, don't worry you can use our Kingdom to do exactly the same: 1. Open your game on the old device and look for the orange Kingdom icon in the Settings menu. 2. Now choose an avatar and nickname. 3. Enter your email address, choose a password and that's it - you now have a Kingdomaccount. 4. This level is simply impossible to pass. I've hit it as part of the concert chaos event and as with all levels to get a band member in this event, it's impossible without using loads of boosters or spending gold for extra moves. This is ridiculous and just makes the game boring. I feel like I've been stuck on it for weeks…
