Some iOS devices (iPhones and iPads) have an issue where the game gets stuck on the loading screen at start.
We are working on a fix for this and hopefully the game will be back on track shortly.
I will post any updates or news on this on the thread here.
A quick fix for this issue is to reinstall the game. Delete the app, restart the device and download the game again from App Store.
Please remember that Booster and Lives will get lost in the reinstall process. Your levels can easily be restore though by reconnecting the game to your account, find more info on restoring levels HERE.
If you lost any purchased Boosters or other purchased items, please email Players Support from the game's Settings and Help Center to get your purchases resent back to your game.

Any update on the game not loading ?
Any news? I still see loads of posts/complaints regarding this at the Candy Crush Saga All Help-group. This still is happening to lots of people. Hoping to hear from you with good news.

I have had the same problem with my game being stuck on the loading screen for 2 weeks now.
@WooWoo65 @José_Savelkoul @lacyna1 There is no fix this on the way yet since we can't find the cause of the issue.
A reinstall of the app will fix it though and get the game working.
Delete the app
Restart the device
Download the game again from App Store
Connect it to your Facebook or King account when opening the game to get back to your level

Do you have any news concerning the issue with iphone devices and the fact that the game isn’t loading on them?
It’s been at least 2 weeks and it’s a long time already.

@Crazy Cat Lad I wonder if this is happening because of the unnecessary changes made (e.g. the look of the popcorn, or the new design for the events-menu). Remember when the "Thunder & Lightning" (special effects for powerful combo's) was introduced in the game? Almost at the same time the very nasty glitch of colourbombs self-exploding started. I really do hope you get this sorted soon, because complaints keep coming in at the Candy Crush Saga All Help-group. It seems to me it's happening to more and more people.
