I used an iPhone when the app crashed in the level, losing a life even when I’m not making a move. I don’t know how to fix this from happening without uninstalling and reinstalling the app. However, it happens on all iOS devices, no matter the version.

I don’t want to loose the boosters I earned, there would be no way to verify them as they weren’t purchased...is there anyway to get back to playing without having to delete?

I do not want to delete the app and loose my boosters. Is there anything else I can do? I have around 60 five candy boosters and I don’t want them to all disappear.
I have boosters built over over a year's time and do not want to delete them. Please fix this issue. Thank you for a great game!
It appears people have been having this issue for weeks. Mine just started yesterday. I’ve rebooted my phone. Checked for latest iOS update and Candy Crush update. Nothing is working. I do NOT want to delete the app and lose all my boosters. Please fix this issue or provide a solution for us our boosters to be reinstated after deleting and reloading the app.
Exactly. I have saved boosters for the tough levels. It took forever to get them to the level they are at. It would suck to delete them!!
Hey guys I’m not sure how but I got mine to start working again. I went into the app and started playing with out internet connection beat a level and then turned my wifi back on and now it’s back to normal. I know how frustrating this is but hopefully this works for others too!
I tried to do this. I went into airplane mode and the game opened and I can play. As soon as I turn airplane mode off, the game freezes and is stuck...
Same for me. If I turn off wifi and cellular it will load and I can play but as soon as I turn them back on it won't load. And since I'm playing not connected to anything none of it will be sync'd so now we'll lose actual progress.
During all this I lost my recent booster purchase
