When you get the automated reply from support you need to reply to it with helped needed and your issue. If you do not reply to the automated email you will not hear anything. Also check any spam folders when you are awaiting a reply as sometimes they tend to end up there.
The only person here that can reset your game is the CM who you have tagged, but he is extremely busy so he may or may not be able to respond and if he can he will only answer in his work hours So would try customer support again just in case.
