I assume you play Candy Crush Soda since it was that game I could find with the Game ID:s. I have now restored your game on the new account.
My old game ID is 6910334926 and my new one is 8370770456. I am on level 1274.

Since you can't access your old one, you can create another account and then tell us your last level and your game ID which is a 10 digits number that allows your game to be located. Then CM @Crazy Cat Lad could manually restore it when he's at work.

Can you get to king.com? If so, you can try logging in through king.com and enter your email address. You should see the "recover password". Not sure if you have to try to enter a password and then you get this or if you see it as soon as you type in your email. Either way, click on the recover password and it should send a temporary password to your email account.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
