I got the chocolate box back!!
I've been getting the server error for weeks. I tapped on the server error like 6 or 7 times in a row and TA DA it finally came back. Just won my first prize today!
No logging in and put or anything like that. Just try tapping thru the error multiple times. I hope this works for others!

There is a known issue and it is being worked on and investigated. We patiently wait for resolve

Just downloaded the update for the iOS (Apple) 11/16/2021 and that did not resolve the chocolate box ongoing issues. And yes I have cleared everything and closed app completely as well as the phone and still the chocolate box is not working. This concerns me that how come there has not been any issues and when an issue like this has happened the developers cannot seem to fix it.

At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to resolve the issue. and Investigated. meanwhile Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
