Hello Susan have you got a level 10,000 banner? If you have you won't get an 11000 banner automatically as the banner isn't updated as you pass each milestone level. The only way you will get an 11,000 banner if you already have a 10,000 banner is if you receive the Milestone Challenge in your feature. If you don't receive the Milestone Challenge then your banner won't get updated to level 11,000.

The Milestone badge in the game can be claimed after completing the Milestone Challenge. The challenge will appear in a pop up in your game after passing the milestone level.
It will also be available under the Events tab for one week. You will need to complete it within that time to get the badge to your avatar. After one week the challenge expires.

Today after very hard work I finally made the 6000 level. Unfortunately, I did not receive a banner about it. I was told that the challenge would not come again.
I saw in my player list, players with the banner of 100. These players are just starting to play and get their banner after 100 levels.
I don't think it's fair for these players who have been playing Candy Crush for a long time. I would like to have my banner!!!š¢

I didnt know that eithed ..im pasted level 4000 besn playing for 7yrs and i never seen that and sidnt know about it..tell the truth im awful at this website too...always seem lost..would like to ise the. Community more but the set up is hard for me to understand..amy

I think these new features/events are not available for all of players that's means some players selected while had these new features/events randomly and it's tested. So check to read this information properly here šš

The milestone banners aren't updated after every milestone level. The first banner you receive is the one you get stuck with no matter how many more milestone levels you complete.
The only time this isn't the case is if you pass a milestone level and gain the Milestone Challenge feature. If you haven't received the Milestone Challenge feature by now I guess that would indicate that you won't get it at all.
There isn't a banner for Level 11,000

The Milestone Challenge is an event and there are several targets, each quest has a target, and after completing the targets you can unlock the Milestone Badge feature.
Each of the green crowns you get in the picture above is a quest. You need complete each quest before the end of the scheduled time and there are time is set below the quests.
If you complete each quest before the time runs out, the Milestone Badge feature will be unlocked for you.š
What is milestone badge?
There is a milestone every 1000 level intervals and there are a total of 10 milestones at the moment and they are 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000, 10000 and 11000 respectively.
The current milestone badge will be added to your avatar whenever you cross a milestone. For example, if you complete the Level 5000, the 5,000 milestone badge will be added to your avatar. As I crossed the level 10000 so my avatar has the 10,000 milestone badge.
What are the benefits of this badge?
You'll find your friends' avatars with milestone badges on your leaderboard, and you'll easily find out which friends are on which milestones, according to their badges.In the same way your friends can find out which milestones you have crossedš
Can I remove the feature from my game?
You cannot manually remove any feature from the game.However, if you do not want to use this feature, you can turn it off from the settings menu and turn it on again at any time.š
Go to the game's Start Menu, then SettingsĀ - Features - Milestone Badge - Off/On.

I reached level 2000, played all 5 milestone-games (on PC) and won the badge - it was displayed on the screen. Yeah!
Later, I played on mobile - and the badge was gone, I was back to 500. Back to PC: Back to 500 as well!?!?

I am upset, that only some ppl get award banner reaching levels as 1000, 2000, 3000 etc. I am also over 2000 and never got this banner. I am almost 2300, I hope later like when I reach 3000 or 4000 etc I will get one.
