I am having the same problems. I have it on my PC but it started at level 1. I tried to sync and it wouldn't let me. Very frustrating. I was way over 4500 with lots of friends, etc. Now I have nothing.

Looks like we are all having the same problems hopefully a fix will be sooner rather than later. Been having the same message for 4 hours.

I tried logging in to my Facebook account but got an error message and i noticed it's a general issue so now my question is, what is the right step to take cos i don't want to loose my progress and starting from the scratch is not an option!
