    Please please please help me!! Back to level 1 after connecting to Facebook cannot resolve this at all I'm so upset. I was on level 559 but was so proud of myself please can someone help me :,( My email is livnay84@hotmail.com would appreciate any Help x

    Hi! Please help- I just got a new phone and all my candy crush progress has been lost. I was well over 1600, now down to level 1. Was never logged on in Facebook or email. Can't bring myself to start over

    I would like some help too. I deleted the game and reinstalled because it was taking up lots of documents and data on my phone and lost my progress. I've done this with other apps and been fine because they were saved in Game Center and I just assumed it was the same. I didn't sign up with an email because it never prompted me to and didn't sync with Facebook. Please help :)

    Hi, I have the same problem. Didn't register with FB, only with GooglePlay. Suddenly back to level 1, and when I try to log in with my GooglePlay email it says account doesn't exist :(

    Had to make a new facebook account when I logged in I to was set back to lvl from like 1750 or something and 41 gold. Please help
