There is no Level 5500 (also like 6500, 3500, 10500...) - half milestone banner. Only Milestone Level Banners (1000,2000,3000...) had.
Thank you. I replayed level 5500 just now but the badge did not appear. Please note that it said it was a badge, not a banner for 5500. I don't know if that makes a difference but I wanted to be sure you knew that. Do you have any other hints of how I might claim it? The email sounded like I already was given it, but I do not see it with all my other badges. Thanks again.

You can try playing to complete on your latest (nearest) milestone level : 1000, 2000, 3000... first then you will receive the latest milestone level banner.
