I see your Soda town has the summer theme but the current theme in Soda is about Love Season and has wintery background.
Your Soda app might need to be updated 🙂

This error message appears to be on Microsoft end. It is your Microsoft account that handles your in-app purchases in all apps downloaded from Microsoft Store, including Soda app; your payment details are saved in your Microsoft account.

I am not looking for any special gifts. The only way I was able to purchase gold bars is on the Royality site. Unable to purchase them when I am playing the game in that store. No one seems to be able to help me when I send a copy of the message I get when trying to purchase. What is PEX NOT FOUND?

If you like to make a purchase, you gotta do it inside the game app. The Røyalty program is closing down in a couple of days. You shouldn't received a farewell gift the rest of us didn't get.
Just a reminder that making a purchase disables video ads on your account.

yes, i know. however, i am only able to purchase from the royalty site. when playing the game, i cannot purchase at the store as i continue to get messages saying PEX NOT FOUND.
Sorry hope you know that if you don't have gold bar normally you will have to purchase it with real money from your account
