Completed candy royale haven't received gold bars have logged out and logged back in with fb has advised tried thus twice along with loggin in with email amd still haven't received them š

Is it possible you're got this all wrong? You get a reward - a share of the pot - after completing the required amount of levels (usually 6 to 9) from the first try, not on every step of the way.
They've recently changed the UI and it now tells you how many bars you'll get in the end, provided you remain in the competition. You don't get any gold bars beforehand.
Hope this clears things up. If it doesn't, then you should write to Support to tell them you got nothing after completing the run without failing.

I have not received my gold bar rewards. I have logged out, reopened candy crush and logged in with good Internet connection and up to date version of candy crush. I previously won 7 games in a row on first attempt and was supposed to be awarded gold bars each time per the screens but no awards. I deliberately lost and restarted the candy royale to record evidence. I can email you proof of no reward.

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

If youĀ have updated the latest version of this gameĀ already but it'sĀ still not worked, try these steps here šš
1. Open this game
2. Select Profile
3. Select Log Out your Facebook/Kingdom Account then Close this game app
4. Reopen this game then Log back in to your profile (don't play first) and finally Open the game (can play now).
Also check that you have a stable internet connection or a strong WiFi signal. You might want to see if your Internet Service Provider is experiencing any current issues.
I hope you can receive your missing gold bars by this feature. š¤š

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingā¦
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
