Did you repeat level 11,000? Make sure you go to Settings -> Features -> Milestone badge and (re)activate it first. Then just replay level 11,000.

In the last two days the ads have stopped working. If you get a chance to view ads for extra moves the first ad works but when you select to watch the second ad it goes to run it but then the screen goes black and it then returns you to the game. This makes it very difficult and frustrating.
