Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

I did the same survey ive had 2 ads in 14 months. Nothing aince. I don't have money for extra stuff. Just took 4 days to pass a level. Might have to delete the game its not enjoyable. Keith moore

I'm in the same boat!! That is why I have joined this group to see if I can find out why this has happened? Considering giving the game up now which is a shame. π’

They keep telling people it's a "test". What they are testing is if people without adverts spend more money on the game. Sadly it would appear they do and that's why ads are disappearing to so many people. Well that's what I think anyway.
