Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

But I regret making a purchase because since then the ads are gone..

all the people I know have ads but not me. how to get them ? is it because I play with a king account ?

It is a real shame @wijnj003 that losing advert features after making a purchase is a reality of the game. People that only make a few purchases a year would much more likely continue to make purchases if they could keep their adverts.
By removing adverts as soon as people make a purchase it feels like a punishment that then drives that player to either give up or not make any more payments.
If you would like adverts back in your game all you can do is start the game from the beginning again. To do this though you will have to use a different email address.

Played and loved this game for years. The adverts which earn you boosters help you get through levels some of which are impossible to do without a booster.
Im Getting to the point now of what is the with of playing any more!!! What ever you are doing has ruined the fun of the game!!!!!!!
