I am on level 12000. My banner hasn’t changed to match current level. How can I get this changed?

They fixed the milestone banners system in January of this year. Although it's fixed, your banner doesn't update automatically. You need to repeat level 12,000 for it to get updated.

I am well passed level 12000 and the banner across my profile pic has not changed. The banner is still at level 9000. Why?
