⭕ Why can't I play in landscape mode anymore? Game too small!

Sad, I won't be playing any more. It just doesn't make sense to me.

I find this change terrible. It is too small to view and play. Not sure what the "upgrades" are supposed to be, which is what they share as the reason, but I find it too challenging to play like this. I sadly might need to abandon the game. Disappointing. Between the mandatory Candy Royale and the mandatory portrait view, the game ois not the "sit back, chill and relax" game I have enjoyed.

The small screen is horrible! Guess I will be saving money by not playing! If I wanted to play on a small screen I would use my phone instead of a laptop, where I can actually see what I am doing!

Put CC on the back burner until someone smacks some sense into King and they give us the option back. In the meantime, go checkout cookie jam and cookie jam blast. They are fun games, similar to CC, but you get landscape mode and your lives build up faster. I hope you see this before a mod does. I'm sure they have been instructed to delete any mention of replacement games since we can't play theirs anymore.

The corporate boiler plate response from King is that the change to portrait view is to keep the game “entertaining, as well as of the highest quality”. Well, you have not achieved either of those goals. You have only succeeded in spoiling the experience for many of your CUSTOMERS.

I do not like this portrait, I can't see it very well, and not easy to play. I spend a lot of money here and if it stays this way I will have to quit playing. I hope you give us the option to choose which way we want to play, in landscape or portrait. I've played for years and don't to quit, but I will be forced to if you don't fix this problem

I am sorry to say that I do not have a better news for you... It is NOT possible to change how the screen looks, because it is a change that the Candy Studio brought in to all platforms -- mobile phones; Facebook browsers & Microsoft App version; and it is here to stay!! Unfortunately, we- as players, cannot do anything about it, except for leaving feedback and hope that they will listen and change the way it was!!
