⭕ Why can't I play in landscape mode anymore? Game too small!

@DaisyShift123 I completely agree! I just came back to Candy Crush Saga after a long break and will have to uninstall from my computer again due to this small screen. I wish King wouldn't mess with what wasn't broken.

Me too, I will have to find another game. Can't function with a small screen. This is upposed to be relaxing not tensing or anxiety producing trying to see small objects

I feel the same way about the layout it’s hard to see and frustrating ready to leave candy crush because of this if it doesn’t go back thank you

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

- Many years ago, there was an option to purchase a booster that gave you one free striped candy per level - for life. With the latest update, this booster has gone. It was advertised as "for life", so it should be "for life".
- Before the update, I had 200 lives saved up from friends sending me lives. They are all gone.
- I had about 40 friends. They are all gone.
Not happy with this. Along with the almost impossible levels, this may be enough to push me out of this game. For context, I am at Level 14132, so I am one of the "top players" and I have been playing this game for years.

I haven’t played since the change to portrait. But I don’t want to delete the because I’m still hopeful that someone at King will realize it was a horrible mistake and give us the landscape option.

Nearly 2000 complaints now. At which level will landscape come back? 2000? 3000? 50,000? One million? Never?
By the time everyone on tablet and computer has left the game maybe the complaints will stop. Natural wastage....
It's a sad end to what used to be such a good game. What a stupid decision to make it mobile phone only. But, as they say, it is what it is. The game has been changed and if you don't like it don't play and find a different game.

It is no longer a full screen and its not as much fun as it is smaller and harder to see
